Molly E. Palmer

Molly E. Palmer was raised in Galesburg and has been practicing locally for more than twenty years. She earned a bachelor of business degree in accountancy from Western Illinois University and a juris doctorate degree from Valparaiso University School of Law (with Honors). Molly is also a certified public accountant in Illinois. Most recently, she was a part of the Statham & Long, LLC, firm, until such time as it dissolved due to retirements and new professional opportunities. She is now a part of the James Kelly Law Firm, P.C. in downtown Galesburg.

Molly’s practice is focused on estate planning and estate administration. She utilizes a number of estate planning techniques, depending on the needs of the client. These techniques may include wills, powers of attorney, trusts, transfer on death instruments and beneficiary designations. She assists clients in post-death administration in a variety of contexts, which may include probate administration, trust administration, and small estate affidavits.
