Molly E. Palmer is an associate with the firm and concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, estate litigation, estate and gift taxation, guardianship, income taxation, and real estate. Molly was born in Bloomington, Indiana in 1972 and raised in Galesburg, Illinois. She received her bachelor of business degree in accountancy from Western Illinois University in 1995 and her juris doctorate degree from Valparaiso University (with Honors) in 1998. Molly practiced law in Michigan City, Indiana before returning to Galesburg and being admitted to the Illinois bar in 2003. Molly is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Knox County Bar Association, the Western Illinois Estate and Financial Planners Forum (President from 2006 to 2007) and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). Molly is also a certified public accountant in Illinois.
